使用无纺布增韧剂后可获得较好的可纺性和更细的PP纤维,高速纺纱速度下,在没有冷却空气的条件下未观察到纤维直径的波动. 由于低等规度成分出现,PP的结晶变慢,更容易被充分牵伸,纺丝的固化位置被移向下游,颈状变形也受到抑制,可纺性得到改善,可增强无纺布 熔喷布的CD强度.
